Zestril Drug Interactions

When other medications are taken with Zestril, drug interactions can decrease your blood pressure too much, increase the levels of medication in your blood, or contribute to kidney damage. Medicines that can potentially interact with Zestril include potassium supplements, potassium-sparing diuretics, lithium, and diuretics. If drug interactions with Zestril are a concern, your healthcare provider may adjust your dosages or monitor you more closely.
