Who Should Not Take Quinapril?

You should not take quinapril if:
 
  • You are allergic to quinapril, Accupril, or any inactive component used to make quinapril. Your healthcare provider or pharmacist has a list of inactive ingredients.
     
  • You have a history of angioedema related to previous ACE inhibitor treatment.
     
  • You have hereditary or idiopathic angioedema.
