Drug Interactions With Metoprolol Succinate

Among the drugs that can potentially interact with metoprolol succinate are nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, calcium channel blockers, and alpha blockers. Drug interactions may cause your body to metabolize the medications differently than intended and increase the level of metoprolol succinate in your body, among other things.
