Drug Interactions With Carvedilol

With carvedilol, drug interactions may occur when it is combined with medications such as amiodarone, fluoxetine, or calcium channel blockers. These interactions may cause your body to metabolize the medicines differently than intended and lead to side effects. They can also cause a dramatic reduction in heart rate or a significant drop in blood pressure.
