Potassium-Sparing Diuretics
If you are taking both candesartan and a potassium-sparing diuretic, your body may metabolize them differently than intended and/or increase the levels of potassium in your blood. Your healthcare provider may choose to monitor your progress closely.
 
Lithium (Eskalith, Lithane, Lithonate, Lithotabs)
If you are taking both candesartan and lithium, your body may metabolize the drugs differently than intended and increase the lithium levels in the blood. Your healthcare provider may choose to monitor your serum lithium levels more frequently.
