Drug Interactions With Amiloride-HCTZ

When certain medications are combined, there is a possibility for negative drug interactions. With amiloride-HCTZ, these interactions can lead to high potassium levels, low blood pressure, and decreased effectiveness. Alcohol, Celebrex, and Luminal are among the substances that can interact with amiloride-HCTZ. In order to reduce the risk of drug interactions with amiloride-HCTZ, your healthcare provider may monitor you more closely and adjust your dosages.
