How Should Aldactazide Be Stored?

Aldactazide should be stored at room temperature, away from moisture and heat. Keep the tablets in an airtight container.
 
Keep Aldactazide and all medications out of the reach of children.
 

What Should I Do If I Miss a Dose of Aldactazide?

If you do not take your Aldactazide as scheduled, take your missed dose as soon as you remember. If it is almost time for your next scheduled dose, skip the missed dose and continue with your regular schedule. Do not take a double dose.
 

Strengths of Aldactazide

Aldactazide tablets are available in the following strengths:
 
  • Aldactazide 25/25 mg -- containing 25 mg of spironolactone and 25 mg of hydrochlorothiazide
  • Aldactazide 50/50 mg -- containing 50 mg of spironolactone and 50 mg of hydrochlorothiazide.
     

Generic Aldactazide

Currently, both brand-name and generic versions of Aldactazide are licensed for sale (see Generic Aldactazide).
